Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer with 4-6 years of experience and a postgraduate degree to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs across various corporate functions within Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. This role requires a strategic approach to learning and development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs across different departments and identify skill gaps.
- Design and develop comprehensive training modules, materials, and curricula tailored to specific business needs and employee levels.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs for diverse audiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through various assessment methods and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant coordination.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in corporate training and adult learning principles.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall learning and development strategy for the organization.
- Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance training delivery and engagement.
