Role Summary:
JSPL is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs across various departments. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, aligning training initiatives with business objectives and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs of different departments and identify skill gaps.
- Design and develop comprehensive training modules, materials, and curricula (e.g., presentations, workbooks, e-learning content).
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in corporate training and adult learning principles.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant coordination.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to support their professional development.
- Contribute to the development of a robust learning and development strategy for the company.
