Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and eager Junior Associate to join our Corporate Training team in Chennai. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a 12th Pass qualification who are looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate training and development within the water treatment industry. You will support the training department in organizing and delivering training programs, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive learning environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of internal training sessions and workshops.
- Prepare training materials, handouts, and presentations under guidance.
- Help in setting up training rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
- Provide administrative support to the training team, including managing attendance records and feedback forms.
- Support in onboarding new employees by assisting with introductory training modules.
- Help in tracking training progress and generating basic reports.
- Engage with employees to understand their training needs and provide basic support.
- Contribute to a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Undertake any other training-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
