The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and a passion for enhancing employee skills and organizational development. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence within our Surat-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging training modules on product knowledge, manufacturing processes, quality standards, and soft skills for employees across various departments.
