Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying training needs across various departments.
- Support the development of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for employees.
- Help in the delivery of training programs under the guidance of senior trainers.
- Gather feedback from participants and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
- Maintain training records and assist in reporting on training activities.
- Conduct market research on best practices in corporate training and employee development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their training requirements.
