We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Cost Accountant to join our growing team at Studio Pdx in Thane. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Sc degree and 1-3 years of experience who is eager to apply their financial acumen in the exciting field of interior design. You will be instrumental in managing and analyzing project costs, contributing to the financial health and profitability of our design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates for interior design projects.

Track and monitor project expenses against budget, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.

Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to ensure accurate project costing.

Maintain accurate cost accounting records and prepare regular financial reports for management.

Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to manage project budgets effectively.

Contribute to the development and improvement of cost accounting procedures and systems.

Perform cost-benefit analysis for various project decisions.
