Cost Accountant - Urban Transport Sector (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and analytical Cost Accountant to join our finance team. This role is crucial for understanding and optimizing the cost structures within our operations, with a specific focus on their contribution to urban transport infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of cost accounting reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actual comparisons.
- Analyze raw material costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements, particularly in relation to materials used in transport infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate cost records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
