Costume Designer (1-3 Yrs) role in Engineering & Construction

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Costume Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts degree and a passion for visual storytelling through apparel. This role involves designing and overseeing the creation of costumes for various company events, presentations, and branding initiatives within the Engineering & Construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design costumes that align with L&T's corporate identity and project themes.
- Collaborate with event organizers and marketing teams to understand costume requirements.
- Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and material specifications for costume production.
- Oversee the procurement of fabrics, accessories, and other materials.
- Manage the costume production process, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary alterations to ensure a perfect fit.
- Maintain an inventory of costumes and accessories.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in fashion and costume design.
