Role Summary:
Ninjacart is seeking a creative and talented Costume Designer to conceptualize and create visually compelling costumes for our internal and external communication materials, including promotional videos, farmer outreach programs, and corporate events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of rural Indian aesthetics and the ability to translate brand messaging into authentic and impactful attire.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop original costume concepts that align with Ninjacart's brand identity and project requirements.
2. Research and source appropriate fabrics, materials, and accessories, with a focus on authenticity and sustainability.
3. Sketch and illustrate costume designs, presenting them clearly to stakeholders.
4. Oversee the construction and tailoring of costumes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
5. Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams to ensure costume designs meet project objectives.
6. Manage costume budgets and inventory.
7. Adapt designs for various body types and ensure comfort and practicality for performers or participants.
