Role Summary:

This role is ideal for an individual with 0-2 years of experience who can contribute to the visual storytelling and branding of our educational programs and events. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the creation of costumes that align with our brand identity and enhance the learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and training departments to understand the visual requirements for educational modules, promotional events, and internal communications.
- Research and develop costume concepts that reflect the brand guidelines and target audience.
- Create detailed sketches and mood boards for costume designs.
- Source appropriate fabrics, materials, and accessories, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Oversee the production of costumes, working with tailors or external vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to design specifications.
- Manage costume budgets and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in fitting sessions and make necessary alterations.
- Ensure costumes are maintained, cleaned, and stored properly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in fashion, visual arts, and educational branding.
