Role Summary: The Counselor will provide guidance and support to employees within the firm, focusing on professional development, career pathing, and well-being. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring employees feel supported and empowered to achieve their career aspirations within KPMG India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Offer confidential counseling and advice on career development, performance management, and professional growth opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as stress management, work-life balance, and effective communication.
- Act as a liaison between employees and HR to address concerns and facilitate resolutions.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Provide support during times of organizational change or individual challenges.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in employee counseling and development.
