Counselor

Role Summary: The Counselor will provide support and guidance to employees within UFlex's Indian operations, addressing personal, professional, and work-related challenges. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment, promoting employee well-being, and ensuring adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions to address employee concerns, stress, and interpersonal issues.
• Provide guidance on conflict resolution, grievance handling, and workplace disputes.
• Develop and implement employee assistance programs (EAPs) and wellness initiatives.
• Advise employees on career development, performance improvement, and professional growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical guidelines.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as stress management, communication, and diversity & inclusion.
• Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions and employee interactions.
• Collaborate with HR and management to address systemic issues impacting employee morale and productivity.
