This role is ideal for an M.Pharma graduate with 1-6 years of experience who possesses strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's unique pressures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential counseling and support services to IPA members regarding professional, personal, and ethical dilemmas.
- Develop and implement programs and workshops focused on stress management, work-life balance, and career advancement for pharmacists.
- Offer guidance on career progression, skill development, and navigating the complexities of the pharmaceutical industry in India.
- Collaborate with IPA leadership to identify emerging needs and trends among members.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and client interactions.
- Stay updated on relevant mental health resources and referral networks within Bangalore and India.
- Contribute to the development of resources and publications aimed at enhancing member well-being and professional satisfaction.
