Country Head

Role Summary: The Country Head will be responsible for leading and scaling Cult.fit's operations across India. This strategic role involves driving business growth, expanding market presence, managing P&L, and building a high-performing team to achieve company objectives in the dynamic Indian fitness and wellness landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy for India in alignment with global company goals.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through market penetration, new product launches, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience.
- Build and mentor a strong leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.
- Manage the P&L for the Indian business, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and emerging trends in the Indian fitness and wellness sector.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and legal requirements.
- Represent the company in industry forums and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
