Country Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Country Head to lead our operations and strategic growth in India. The Country Head will be responsible for driving business development, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement to further solidify our position as a leader in the Indian ports and shipping sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the Indian market, regulatory landscape, and a proven track record of leadership in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with regulations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, port operators, shipping lines, and other key stakeholders.

- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.
- Represent the company at industry forums and conferences.
