Country Head - Beauty & Personal Care (1-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a driven and legally astute individual to join our dynamic team as a Country Head. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our beauty and personal care strategy within India. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of country-specific business strategies for the Beauty & Personal Care division, ensuring alignment with global objectives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes within the Indian beauty market.

- Support the legal compliance of all business operations, including product regulations, marketing claims, and contractual agreements, leveraging your LLB knowledge.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure effective execution of strategies and campaigns.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business performance to senior management.

- Contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and regulatory bodies.

- Assist in managing the P&L for the country operations, focusing on revenue growth and cost optimization.
