Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Crane Operator with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating cranes safely and efficiently to move materials and equipment within our state-of-the-art software product development facilities. This role does not require post-graduation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various types of cranes (e.g., overhead cranes, gantry cranes) according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Inspect cranes and lifting equipment before and after each shift to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Monitor the load, the crane's operating range, and surrounding work area to prevent accidents.
- Follow precise instructions for lifting, moving, and placing materials and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with ground personnel and other team members to ensure coordinated movements.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout and fall protection where applicable.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on cranes as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of crane operations, inspections, and any incidents.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth material flow and project timelines.
