Crane Operator

Role Summary: The Crane Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating cranes to move materials, equipment, and finished products within the printing and publishing facility. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth workflow and ensuring the timely handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various types of cranes (e.g., overhead cranes, mobile cranes) as per operational requirements.

Load and unload raw materials, paper reels, finished books, and other materials accurately and safely.

Follow all safety regulations and procedures, including pre-operation checks and load capacity limits.

Inspect crane equipment for defects and report any malfunctions or necessary repairs immediately.

Coordinate with supervisors and other workers to ensure efficient material movement and workflow.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Assist in the maintenance and minor repairs of crane equipment as needed.
