Crane Operator - Full-Time Role (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a unique educational background in LLB, demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety protocols within the water treatment/waste management industry.

Role Summary:
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various types of cranes to lift, move, and position equipment and materials at our project sites. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to strict safety standards, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and legal documentation related to site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes (e.g., mobile, tower, overhead) in a safe and responsible manner according to established procedures.
- Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on cranes to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Interpret load charts, lift plans, and engineering drawings to determine lifting capacities and safe operating procedures.
- Comply with all relevant safety regulations, permits, and environmental guidelines, leveraging LLB knowledge to ensure adherence.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, riggers, and other personnel to ensure smooth and efficient lifting operations.
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including daily logs, maintenance reports, and any incidents.
- Identify and report any hazards or unsafe conditions on site immediately.
- Understand and apply knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to heavy machinery operation and site safety.
