Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Crane Operator with a unique background in LLB to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role requires an individual with 3-4 years of experience in operating various types of cranes on large-scale construction projects, coupled with a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the real estate and construction industry in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate tower cranes, mobile cranes, or other heavy lifting equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
Perform pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Adhere to all site safety regulations and protocols, including those related to load limits, signaling, and exclusion zones.
Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other personnel to ensure smooth execution of lifting operations.
Understand and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and lift plans.
Apply legal knowledge to ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, environmental regulations, and labor laws in India.
Assist in managing documentation related to crane operations, permits, and safety compliance.
Identify and report any potential hazards or non-compliance issues on site.
