Crane Operator - Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber (0-1 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crane Operator to join our Petrochemical division in Vishakhapatnam. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with an M.A. degree who is looking to kickstart their career in the industrial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of cranes safely and efficiently to move materials and equipment within our plant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and other lifting equipment as per operational requirements.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes and lifting equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including load charts, signaling, and proper rigging techniques.
- Communicate effectively with ground personnel and other team members using standard hand signals or radio communication.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper balance and securing of loads.
- Monitor crane performance and report any malfunctions or required maintenance to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as directed.
- Adhere to all company policies and environmental regulations.
