Crane Operator role in Consumer Electronics & Appliances (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cranes within our manufacturing and warehousing facilities, ensuring the smooth movement of materials and components. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and a B.Sc degree, demonstrating a commitment to technical knowledge and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various types of cranes (e.g., overhead, gantry) safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position materials and equipment.

Conduct pre-operation inspections of cranes and lifting equipment, reporting any defects or malfunctions.

Follow strict safety guidelines and company procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Read and interpret load charts, lift plans, and rigging procedures.

Communicate effectively with ground personnel, riggers, and supervisors to coordinate lifting operations.

Maintain accurate logs of crane operations, including hours of use, maintenance performed, and any incidents.

Adhere to production schedules and ensure timely movement of materials to meet manufacturing demands.

Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of crane equipment.
