We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative / Art Director with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des) and a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to translate brand vision into compelling visual narratives across various media. You will be responsible for leading creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Direct and guide design teams, photographers, illustrators, and other creatives to produce high-quality visual assets.

Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand identity, messaging, and quality standards.

Oversee the design and execution of print, digital, and social media assets, including advertisements, brochures, website content, and social media graphics.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.

Present creative ideas and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the rationale and expected outcomes.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform creative strategies.
