We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative / Art Director with 2-4 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visual narratives that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, digital marketing trends, and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, digital assets, and branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
• Oversee the design and production of various creative assets, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and presentations.
• Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our creative output.
• Present creative concepts and final designs to stakeholders, articulating the rationale and impact.
