Creative / Art Director - Insurance (2-4 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Creative / Art Director with 2-4 years of experience to join our marketing team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree and a proven track record in conceptualizing and executing visually compelling creative campaigns, particularly within the financial services or insurance sector. You will be responsible for translating marketing objectives into creative strategies and overseeing the visual identity of our brand across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for advertising campaigns, digital content, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Lead the visual design direction for projects, from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring high-quality output.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other marketing professionals to produce integrated creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and competitor activities to ensure our creative output remains fresh and effective.
- Oversee the creation of visual assets for digital marketing channels including social media, website, and email campaigns.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and external agencies.
