Creative / Art Director Job Opportunity - BPO / Call Centre

We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative / Art Director with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual communication and brand storytelling, with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree, bringing a unique business perspective to creative strategies within the BPO/Call Centre industry.

Role Summary:
As a Creative / Art Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visual concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will lead creative projects from ideation to completion, ensuring high-quality output and effective communication across various platforms. Your M.Com background will be instrumental in understanding the business impact of creative decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
