Creative / Art Director (MCA Required) - Vijayawada

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative / Art Director with 3-4 years of experience and an MCA degree to lead our visual communication and brand identity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex engineering and construction concepts into compelling visual narratives. This role requires a blend of artistic vision and strategic thinking, ensuring all creative output aligns with L&T's brand standards and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee creative strategies for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and project presentations.
• Conceptualize and direct the creation of visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, infographics, videos, and presentations.
• Ensure visual consistency across all L&T's branding and communication channels, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and project management teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visual solutions.
• Manage and mentor junior designers and creative staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Manage external agencies and vendors as needed for specialized creative services.
