Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative vision and execution for our rapidly growing FMCG brand portfolio. The Creative Director will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative and impactful creative strategies that resonate with the Indian consumer, drive brand awareness, and foster customer loyalty. This role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape in India, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the overall creative strategy and vision for all brand campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Translate marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts and executions across various media channels (digital, print, TV, OOH, social media).
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure creative strategies align with business goals.
Manage creative budgets and timelines effectively.
Stay abreast of the latest creative trends, technologies, and consumer insights within the Indian FMCG market.
Present creative concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
