Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative vision and execution for Air India's marketing and branding initiatives in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand development, who has completed their 12th grade education and possesses 5 years of relevant experience. You will be instrumental in shaping compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience and elevate the Air India brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative creative strategies for advertising campaigns, digital content, and brand activations.

Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business objectives into creative concepts.

Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure our creative approach remains cutting-edge.

Present creative concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements.
