Role Summary:
We are seeking an exceptionally talented and visionary Creative Director with a recent Doctorate/PhD to join our corporate team in Vijayawada. This entry-level role is designed for a highly analytical and research-oriented individual who can translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives and strategic communication. You will be instrumental in shaping the brand's visual identity and driving creative initiatives within the electronic components and semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with the company's vision and marketing objectives.
* Translate intricate semiconductor technologies and product features into accessible and engaging visual content for diverse audiences.
* Oversee the design and development of marketing collateral, presentations, website content, and digital assets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and product management, to ensure creative consistency and impact.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging creative trends and opportunities.
* Lead brainstorming sessions and foster a culture of innovation within the creative department.
* Manage external agencies and vendors for specialized creative projects.
* Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
* Contribute to the strategic planning of corporate communications and branding initiatives.
