Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Marketing professional with 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sports and leisure industry, coupled with a B.Com degree and a proven track record in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing creative strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive user acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies across various channels including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Conceptualize and manage the creation of engaging marketing collateral, including ad copy, social media posts, website content, and video scripts.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and identify new marketing opportunities within the sports and leisure sector.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for creative production and media buying.
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly within the Indian sports landscape.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation for new marketing initiatives and campaigns.
