Credit Analyst

Role Summary:
Pioneer Legal is seeking a diligent and analytical Credit Analyst to join our finance team. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of potential clients and existing debtors, mitigating financial risks, and ensuring compliance with company credit policies. This role is crucial in supporting the firm's financial health and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of potential and existing clients, including reviewing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data.
- Assess credit risk and determine appropriate credit limits and terms.
- Monitor portfolio credit quality and identify potential risks or deteriorating credit conditions.
- Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for management approval.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the legal and accounts receivable teams to manage collections and resolve credit-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and economic conditions that may impact credit risk.
