Credit Analyst - Ports & Shipping (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Analyst with 3-5 years of experience, holding a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree, to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of clients and counterparties within the Ports & Shipping industry, ensuring robust financial health and mitigating risk for DP World India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of potential and existing clients, including review of financial statements, credit reports, and market data.
- Develop and present credit risk assessments, recommendations, and proposals to senior management.
- Monitor the credit exposure and financial performance of the company's clients and counterparties.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate credit files and documentation.
- Identify and analyze emerging credit risks and trends within the Ports & Shipping sector.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance departments to manage credit-related issues and optimize credit terms.
- Utilize financial modeling techniques to forecast potential credit losses and assess loan covenants.
