Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Credit Risk professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of financial analysis and risk assessment to support the creditworthiness of our clients within the agrochemical sector. This role requires a unique perspective, blending financial acumen with a keen eye for design thinking principles to develop innovative risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market data to assess the credit risk of potential and existing corporate clients in the fertilizer and agrochemical industry.
- Develop and recommend appropriate credit limits, terms, and collateral requirements based on risk assessment.
- Monitor portfolio risk and identify early warning signs of deteriorating credit quality.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client needs and provide risk-based insights.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of credit policies and procedures, applying design thinking methodologies to create user-centric and effective risk management frameworks.
- Prepare credit proposals and present findings to senior management and credit committees.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management and agricultural finance.
