Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and analytical Credit Risk Analyst to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for an individual with a recent Master of Laws (LLM) degree and 0-2 years of experience, eager to apply their legal and analytical acumen to the financial services sector. You will be instrumental in assessing and mitigating credit risks associated with our clients, ensuring robust financial health and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements, legal documents, and market data to assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients.
- Interpret and apply relevant legal frameworks and regulations to credit risk assessments.
- Prepare detailed credit risk reports, highlighting key findings, potential risks, and recommendations.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signs of potential defaults.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Conduct due diligence on clients, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting credit risk and the financial industry.
