Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Crime / Arbitration professional to join our Corporate Legal team in Vijayawada. With 3-4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving legal disputes, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks for our rapidly growing EdTech platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and analyze potential instances of academic dishonesty, fraud, or other misconduct within the platform.
Prepare and manage legal documentation related to arbitration proceedings, including claims, responses, and evidence.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and arbitration tribunals to ensure efficient resolution of disputes.
Conduct legal research and provide advice on matters related to corporate law, intellectual property, and cybercrime within the EdTech context.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent and address legal and ethical violations.
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
