Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a B.Pharma degree to join our Disputes team as a Junior Associate specializing in Crime / Arbitration - Other. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain experience in complex legal matters involving pharmaceutical and healthcare-related disputes, regulatory investigations, and arbitration proceedings. You will work closely with senior lawyers on case preparation, research, and client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations relevant to pharmaceutical crimes, arbitration, and related legal frameworks.
- Assist in drafting legal documents such as notices, pleadings, applications, and submissions for arbitration and court proceedings.
- Support senior associates in preparing for hearings, client meetings, and depositions.
- Analyze scientific and technical information related to pharmaceutical products, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain case files and ensure accurate documentation of all legal activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on developments in pharmaceutical law, intellectual property, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
