Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Criminal Law Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. This role will support our legal department in handling various criminal law matters relevant to our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian criminal law procedures and a keen eye for detail, with a minimum qualification of 12th Pass.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior legal counsel in researching and analyzing criminal law cases and statutes.
Prepare legal documents, notices, and correspondence related to criminal matters.
Liaise with law enforcement agencies, courts, and other legal professionals.
Maintain accurate records and case files for all criminal law activities.
Provide support in investigations and evidence gathering for criminal cases.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal procedures and company policies.
