Role Summary: Delhivery is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Physician to oversee and manage the health and well-being of our employees, particularly those in demanding operational roles. This role will focus on providing immediate medical attention, preventative care, and health education to ensure a healthy and productive workforce within our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency medical care and stabilization for critical medical conditions at company facilities or designated medical centers.
• Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for employees, with a focus on identifying and managing risks associated with physically demanding jobs.
• Develop and implement health and wellness programs tailored to the needs of the logistics workforce.
• Advise management on occupational health and safety matters, including workplace ergonomics and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers and emergency services to ensure seamless patient care and transport.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees.
• Provide health education and counseling to employees on various health topics, including lifestyle modifications and disease prevention.
