Critical Care Physician

Role Summary: VA Tech Wabag Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Physician to join our medical team, providing specialized care to employees and dependents. This role is crucial in ensuring the health and well-being of our workforce, particularly in managing complex medical emergencies and critical conditions within our operational sites in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage critically ill patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
• Provide advanced life support, including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and resuscitation.
• Interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory results, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
• Manage patients requiring intensive monitoring and interventions in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Ensure adherence to medical ethics, legal requirements, and hospital policies.
• Participate in medical education, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide consultation to other physicians and healthcare professionals on critical care management.
