We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Critical Care Physician with 3-5 years of experience to join our medical team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for providing advanced medical care to our personnel and their families, ensuring optimal health outcomes in critical situations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in medical principles and a proactive approach to patient management within a demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage critically ill patients, including those with multi-organ failure, sepsis, trauma, and cardiac emergencies.
Provide advanced life support, including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and invasive procedures.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
Interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory results, imaging studies, and physiological monitoring data.
Perform emergency procedures and resuscitation efforts as needed.
Educate and support patients and their families regarding critical care management and prognosis.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with hospital policies.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and relevant research activities.

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is the largest central armed police organization in India. It is one of the central paramilitary forces under the administrative control of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India. The CRPF is deployed in various situations such as counter-insurgency, anti-terrorism, law and order duties, VIP security, and disaster management across the country.
