Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and aspiring CRM Architect with 0-1 years of experience, holding an M.Tech degree, to join our team in Nagpur. This role will involve supporting the design, development, and implementation of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, contributing to enhanced customer engagement and business processes within the Iron & Steel industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of business requirements for CRM functionalities.
- Support the configuration and customization of CRM platforms.
- Participate in the development of reports, dashboards, and workflows within the CRM.
- Collaborate with senior architects and developers on CRM solution design.
- Engage in data migration activities and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in testing CRM solutions and troubleshooting issues.
- Gain exposure to various CRM modules and their application in the steel industry.
- Contribute to documentation of CRM processes and best practices.
