Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled CRM Architect with a Bachelor of Science degree and 3-6 years of experience to design, develop, and implement robust CRM solutions for our agricultural business operations in India. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our customer relationship management processes, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems, and driving data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable and efficient CRM solutions, aligning with business requirements and future growth strategies.
- Lead the implementation and customization of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to meet specific agricultural business needs.
- Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and automation rules within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations) to gather requirements and ensure successful CRM adoption.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to CRM administrators and developers.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the CRM environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices relevant to the agriculture industry.
