CRM Architect

We are seeking an experienced and visionary CRM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the CRM strategy, architecture, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM platforms, data modeling, integration strategies, and best practices within the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the overall CRM architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and oversee the implementation of CRM integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).
• Define data governance policies and ensure data quality within the CRM platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in CRM and the semiconductor industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CRM Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
• Extensive experience with leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, customization, and configuration.
• Experience with CRM integration patterns and technologies (APIs, middleware).
• Familiarity with the electronic components or semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
