CRM Architect

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced CRM Architect to design, implement, and manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This role is crucial for optimizing our customer engagement strategies, streamlining sales processes, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction within our fast-growing accounting and auditing tech platform. You will be responsible for the technical vision and execution of our CRM roadmap, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and integrates seamlessly with other critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable and robust CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) tailored to the needs of an accounting/auditing tech company.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of CRM platforms, including data migration, workflow automation, and integration with other business applications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for CRM architecture, configurations, and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer support, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define data models, security protocols, and reporting structures within the CRM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM-related issues, ensuring system performance and reliability.
- Stay abreast of the latest CRM technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on CRM best practices.
