Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Architect to join our dynamic team at Reliance Industries Limited. The CRM Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions that align with our business objectives in the petrochemical and plastics sector. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM technologies, business processes, and data integration strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of CRM solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Translate business requirements into technical CRM solutions and roadmaps.
- Define and enforce CRM best practices, standards, and governance.
- Oversee the integration of CRM systems with other enterprise applications (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful CRM implementation and adoption.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and data models.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to CRM development and administration teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging CRM technologies and industry trends.
