Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Architect with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with a BBA/BBM background who are looking to leverage their business acumen and analytical skills in designing and implementing effective CRM solutions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. You will be instrumental in shaping our customer relationship management strategies and ensuring seamless integration of CRM systems with business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for CRM systems.
- Design, configure, and customize CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to meet specific business needs.
- Develop data migration strategies and oversee data integration processes.
- Create dashboards, reports, and workflows to enhance user experience and drive business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure successful CRM implementation and adoption.
- Provide training and support to end-users, fostering a deep understanding of CRM functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and best practices, recommending improvements to existing systems.
