We are seeking a skilled CRM Architect with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of CRM systems, business processes, and data management. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management strategies and solutions to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth within the Gems & Jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Develop and maintain CRM data models, workflows, and automation rules.
- Oversee the integration of CRM systems with other business applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support for CRM system administration and user training.
- Monitor CRM system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM platform.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key CRM metrics and provide insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM adoption and best practices.
