Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated CRM Architect with 2-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies and systems to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth within the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand CRM requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement scalable and robust CRM solutions, focusing on customer journey mapping, data management, and automation.
- Develop and maintain CRM workflows, data models, and integrations with other business systems.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for personalization and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Configure and customize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to meet specific business needs.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring efficient adoption and utilization of CRM tools.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices to continuously improve our customer engagement strategies.
