CRM Architect role in Education (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a skilled CRM Architect with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Noida. As a CRM Architect, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance our user experience and streamline operations within the education technology sector. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM best practices and a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable and robust CRM solutions, focusing on Salesforce or similar platforms.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and propose effective CRM strategies.

Develop and maintain CRM workflows, automation rules, custom objects, and fields.

Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system.

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team and end-users.
